What data we collect

Contact form

When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect your name, email address, and message. This data is processed by Web3Forms to deliver your message to us. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry.

Lawful basis: Legitimate interest (responding to your contact request).

Newsletter

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. This data is processed by Buttondown to send you occasional updates about app releases and studio news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Lawful basis: Consent (you actively subscribe).

Website analytics

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individual visitors. It provides aggregate page view and performance data only.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies. No cookie consent banner is needed because no cookies are set. Cloudflare Web Analytics operates entirely without cookies or client-side storage.

Our apps

EverCount

EverCount is a local-only event countdown app. It does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. All countdown data (event names, dates, photo backgrounds, and settings) remains on your device. No account is required, and no internet connection is needed to use the app.

MOTify

MOTify retrieves MOT status data from the DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) API using your vehicle registration number. Registration numbers are sent directly to the DVSA API to look up publicly available MOT data. No personal data is stored on external servers. Vehicle data is stored locally on your device.

Neon Weaver

Neon Weaver is a neon tunnel-runner arcade game. It can be played entirely without an account or an internet connection, and collects no personal data during normal play.

The game includes an optional global leaderboard. Only if you choose to submit a score, the game sends the display name you enter and your score to our leaderboard database, hosted by Supabase, over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. This data is used solely to show the public leaderboard. It is never shared with third parties and never used for advertising. If you do not submit a score, none of this data leaves your device. Please do not use personal information (such as your real name) as your leaderboard name if you do not want it shown publicly.

Neon Weaver offers optional in-app purchases for cosmetic items. All payments are processed by Google Play; the game does not receive or store your payment details. The game contains no ads, no analytics, and no third-party tracking. To have a leaderboard entry removed, email [email protected].
